  I had Window World of West Michigan install four windows and a back slider. Before these, the new windows I had old single pane windows that were the worst in the winter. It's been two days with these new windows, and there's a night-and-day difference. I used to hear a lot of road noise or dogs barking outside, but now that sound is non-existent or dramatically quieter. The install folks were great and did a reasonably good job cleaning up any mess made after changing out the windows. One thing to note: The lead time to make the windows was 14 weeks. I was able to wait that long; however, depending on your situation, you may not want to wait that long.
